Story
The sense of smell is one of our most powerful senses, allowing us to self soothe, create and recreate some of our most memorable experiences. In my many travels, I have been gifted with the opportunity to experience some of the most amazing natural scents on earth. Pictured above is a glimpse of the healing powers of Lavender.
During my visit to the Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm in Hawaii , I experienced what can only be described as the magic of nature. Surrounded by fields of lavender, I felt my body and soul fully open up. While taking the deepest inhales, I felt the calmness and rejuvenation of every cell in my body. The natural aromas were truly a gift and healing to my heart.
I hope through the remembrance of my experiences to share with you the gift of being present with each breath , while enjoying some of your favorite scents.
